RETURN POLICY
We always try our best to offer the best quality. But we understand occasionally, you may need to exchange or return some dresses. Please check clearly the products after you receive your parcel, if any problem, please contact us within 7 days after receipt, the case beyond the report period can not be resolved any more.
How to submit a return request?
Is there a product defect with your order? Please email us at info@mixmixstyle.com with the following information: Order number, Full name, Email address, Return item(s) name, Pictures of defective products and Reasons for the return
We only accept return requests for product defects at this time, we will provide you with the return instructions.
Please note that we are only accepting returns for product defects at this moment. Refunds cannot be guaranteed without prior photographic evidence of the issue.
If you find that your order information is wrong, please contact us at info@mixmixstyle.com with your order number and correct information as soon as possible.
* Quality problem includes broken-hole, UN-sew, damage segment.
* Non-quality problem includes kink mark, press mark, little threads, wrong size selected.
Return shipping
Return shipping costs are not covered by Mix Mix Style. For your convenience, we suggest using your local post office and choose a service with tracking ID.
Mix Mix Style is not responsible for any failed delivery attempt caused by negligent behaviors of customers. Negligence includes, but is not limited to, refusal of shipment confirmation and incorrect consignee's information (such as order address, contact number, or consignee's name). In this case, we are unable to file a refund for you.
Conditions
All item(s) must be unworn and in the original condition with the original packaging and all tags attached. Any garments that appear to have been worn, washed, or altered in any way will not qualify for a refund. The original shipping cost (if any) is non-refundable, in most cases.
❤ REFUND:
- Cancel the order, if the order was not shipped out, we will refund and cancel for you. But if the order was shipped out, sorry to tell you that we couldn’t cancel and refund it during the transit. refunds are usually returned within 7 days via the original method of payment (requests for refunds to other credit cards/accounts for any reason will not be accepted) card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary between banks, so please speak to your bank for any more info regarding processing times as we are unable to amend this.
* Any return, please contact us to get further information. Please do not send your return to the address on your package. That is not our return address! We don’t responsible for any returned parcel that was delivered to the wrong address.
* It's important to note that shipping costs are not covered by MixMixStyle when sent back.
DAMAGED & INCORRECT:
If a defective/incorrect item is received, our only responsibility is to replace the item with a new/correct one. (If you don't need us to reship your item(s), we also can provide coupon in the same value.) Please email us with the pictures and tell us which item it is. The more detailed the above information, the faster we will deal with your after-sales problems.
* Once we confirm the item has been returned correctly, a coupon will be emailed to the email address attached to the order and valid for 12 months.
We cannot accept returns under the following conditions:
- Items outside the warranty time-frame.
- Washed, worn, used, tag-removed, perfume, lipstick, damage(return reason is not for damage).or misused items.
3.Customer's Reason: no longer needed, bought by mistake, not as expected, changed mind, too big, too small, etc.
- For items with no quality issue.
- Color mismatch
- Earrings cannot be returned (for hygiene reasons)
- Accessories( Press on nails, necklaces, gloves and leggings) non-returnable
Due to the difference in the screen resolution of computers or other devices, chromatic aberration is normal. A slight chromatic aberration may not mean that the dress is defective or the wrong item is sent. However, if you are sure that the color of the product you received is wrong, please contact customer service.
